Sarah “Bertie” Bertolozzi is a costume designer from Beacon, New York. Raised with a performance background, Sarah discovered her passion for design while studying theatre at college. She went on to graduate With Distinction from the B.F.A. Theatrical Design program at Ithaca College.

Since then, Sarah has designed productions ranging from intimate, one performer plays to large scale musicals with casts of sixty. She relishes the opportunity to explore the mind of characters through her script analysis and research process and collaboration with her colleagues, ensuring that each character’s wardrobe is rooted in the text and the world of the production.
